摘要: Abstract Stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) delivers a high biologically effective dose while minimizing toxicities to surrounding tissues. Within the scope of clinical trials and local practice, there are inconsistencies in dosimetrics used evaluate plan quality. The purpose this critical review was determine if dosimetric parameters SBRT plans have an effect on control (LC), overall survival (OS), toxicities. A database relevant investigating for patients with early-stage non–small cell lung cancer compiled, table variables created. These were compared contrasted LC, OS, Dosimetric end points appear no OS or LC. Incidences rib fractures correlate lack dose-volume constraints (DVCs) reported. This highlights great disparity present reporting dosimetrics, DVCs, SBRT. Further evidence is required before standard DVCs guidelines can be introduced. specific stereotactic treatment planning been proposed but require further investigation implementation.
