摘要: Silicone rubber has good heat resistance, but its mechanical properties are poor. To improve the of silicone rubber, carbon fiber / composites were prepared in this paper, which was used as matrix, high-performance (CF) treated with coupling agent is reinforcement. The best composite formulation, types and content determined by testing composites. morphology structures observed scanning electron microscope (SEM), compatibility between studied infrared spectrum analysis (IR), dynamic thermal (DMA) X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). results show that formulation 100 phr, 12 KH550 2.5 phr. first curing conditions at 175 ∘C under 10 MPa for 30 min, postcuring 200 2h. silicon SEM, IR, DMA XPS analysis, confirm plays a compatilizer role preparation process fiber/silicone
