摘要: The presence and a quantitative estimate of microorganisms in sample is determined by monitoring the growth vertical subsurface colonies soft agar medium. A culture cell containing sample-agar mixture positioned on rotating circular index table and, at an inspection station, video camera monitors colony with image processor computer processing output camera. Select parameters include, but are not restricted to, counts rates, morphological variations identification criteria.
