摘要: Facilitated by fuel economy, climate legislation and government policy, sales of light-duty plug-in hybrid battery electric vehicles are rapidly increasing during the last decade. But their energy emissions impact have not been fully investigated, particularly accounting for electricity generation. In this study, we conducted in-use consumption measurements a vehicle under real-world city highway driving conditions. We further compare them with from counterpart conventional same conditions, to exclude benefits due different specifications. Our results show that both can achieve about 50% compared vehicles, mainly through capturing regenerative energy. when tested in high-speed or high-acceleration distance-normalized life-cycle CO2 higher gasoline powered vehicles. The comparison vary based on location time Therefore, our confirm promoting should consider temporal spatial aspects
