摘要: Abstract A tlc method is presented for the separation on PEI-cellulose of adenine derivatives from acid-soluble fraction brain tissue. The procedure permits quantitative estimation radioactivity distributed among nucleotides and determination ATP specific activity following labeling with [14C] adenosine. Two rapid one-dimensional separations produce excellent resolution AMP, ADP, ATP, adenine, adenosine each other corresponding guanosine derivatives. two-dimensional gives all deoxy- ribonucleotides. recovery separated components by elution better than 94% requires few technical manipulations. technique possesses advantages simplicity sensitivity applicable to small amounts biological material.
