摘要: Abstract Heterogeneous catalysts, investigated by several techniques, such as XRD, XPS, TEM, TPR/TPO, able to ascertain their structural, chemical, electronic and morphology properties are reviewed with respect selected results obtained the group during approximately last twenty five years. The field of application covers different catalytic processes alkene hydrogenation over noble metal hydrodesulfurization (HDS) environmental catalysis. In particular following subjects described: peculiarity a support like pumice, in relation activity supported metals; gold containing alloy catalysts for types reactions; importance CoMoS precursors structure bimetallic PdAu PtAu hydrotreating processes; effect sulfatable oxide, TiO 2 , on CH 4 oxidation Pd catalysts; preparation methods influencing significantly behavior nickel methane conversion processes. reviewing case studies illustrates interaction between active metals ultimately determining surface distribution sites final activity.
