摘要: 1. 1. Corticosteroid concentrations were measured in plasma from three lizard species and the pigeon by fluorometry competitive protein-binding radioassay. 2. 2. Values obtained for same sample using two methods did not differ significantly coefficient of correlation (r) was 0·99 with P < 0·001. 3. 3. The radioassay is more precise sensibility thirty to forty times greater than that fluorometric method.
