摘要: Aggregated human myeloma proteins of subclasses IgG 1 , 2 3 4 IgA and normal have been shown to react with neutrophils in a serum-free medium induce release the lysosomal enzyme β glucuronidase exterior cells. In contrast, IgD, IgE IgM macroglobulins did not stimulate this release. Incubation insoluble aggregates resulted adherence their phagocytosis. During process, granule enzymes, but cytoplasmic lactic dehydrogenase, occurred, indicating selective process rather than one cell lysis. Soluble liberation enzymes when incubated suspension, bound micropore filters serve as nonphagocytosable surfaces, they stimulated adherent cells contents. This latter has previously result from direct extrusion neutrophil granules exterior.
