Evaluation of ristocetin-Willebrand factor assay and ristocetin-induced platelet aggregation.

摘要: Normal subjects, patients with various bleeding disorders, and von Willebrand’s disease were studied. All had decreased levels of ristocetin–Willebrand factor (range, 0 to 41%) as compared all other subjects 79 202%). Ristocetin-induced platelet aggregation platelet-rich plasma was abnormal in tested, it possible correct this response by addition normal platelet-poor plasma. Abnormal ristocetin-induced seen intrinsic disorders or, on some occasions, who ingested aspirin. is not diagnostic, but may be useful a simple screening test for disease. In conjunction tests, the assay will diagnosis evaluation these patients.
