摘要: Nasobiliary drainage, an endoscopic drainage method, is used mainly for the treatment of symptoms such as acute suppurative cholangitis, hydatid cyst rupture into bile duct, postoperative biliary and pruritus associated with cholestasis. In addition to its various benefits, nasobiliary has disadvantages, including prolongation procedure, damage while passing from oral cavity nasal route, though rare, dislocation catheter in incompatible patients, patient discomfort. However, there no previous report literature indicating occurrence renal failure due drainage. this report, we present a case who was referred surgery after placement preliminary diagnosis malignant narrowing distal choledochus; however, developed during procedure because excessive
