摘要: Abstract Aims. To do a genome-wide gene expression study of active and inactive ulcerative colitis Crohn's disease (inflammatory bowel – IBD) examine the most differentially expressed genes. As showed an extreme upregulation all regenerating islet-derived genes (REG proteins) in IBD, we further studied REGs on protein level as well non-IBD (pseudomembranous) colitis. Methods.
