摘要: Granular feedstock for dry pressing is made by spray drying an aqueous suspension of ceramic powders and polymeric additives. The interactions between additives in suspensions or during are usually considered negligible. However, recent studies demonstrate that polymers do occur can adversely affect product performance. In this study a binder spray-dried granules, PVA, be stained its location within the granule observed, verifying effect other (dispersants plasticizers) on migration case hardening granules. results also indicate certain curtail migration, potentially eliminating granules subsequent problems observed compaction.
