摘要: Left ventricular pump failure remains the most frequent cause of death in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Loss more than 40%–50% left functional myocardium is incompatible maintenance vital function [24]. Experimental and clinical research have shown that infarction evolves a stepwise manner [6, 20, 21], events increasing oxygen demand or decreasing supply to lead necrosis potentially salvageable ischemic tissue [12, 15, 16].
