摘要: Abstract In the past calculations of electrostatic properties interacting cellular surfaces have been restricted by assumptions fixed surface charge or potential. For most part these confined to a linear approximation and neglect small but important complement divalent cations in environment. present paper limitations are removed. Solutions obtained full non-linear Poisson-Boltzmann equation, treating fraction dissociated ionizable groups as self-consistent functional The potential is expressed terms relations between Jacobian elliptic functions. A general efficient method computation developed through theory theta treatment given here offers wide flexibility dealing with cell languages physiologist, biochemist physical chemist.
