摘要: The study was conducted to investigate the relationship between vitamin D receptor (VDR) gene rs2228570 and rs1544410 polymorphisms pancreatic cancer (PC). Two hundred fifty-eight PC patients 385 healthy controls were enrolled in this study. genotypes of assayed using polymerase chain reaction/restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method. Univariate multivariate logistic regression analyses applied determine association PC-onset risk VDR polymorphisms. Contingency table analysis performed evaluate clinicopathological tumor features such as location, pathological differentiation, TNM classification PC. In rs2228570, T loci with allele could increase PC; rs1544410, G AG + GG decrease onset significantly. contingency indicated that correlated differentiation significantly, conclusion, incidence, significantly our population. So, have important implications incident rate survival
