摘要: Abstract In sheet metal rolling, shape defects called “cross buckling” or “vertical sometimes appear, which are wrinkles like washboards. The direction of the crest line cross buckling inclines at a certain degree against rolling direction, while that vertical is parallel to direction. this study, analysis and performed using elementary theory buckling. First, we calculate stress distribution in three-dimensional near exit section inside roll gap. Next, residual outside Furthermore, analysed distribution. Type buckling, distance between neighboring wrinkles, inclination width region where appear obtained. We compare analytical results with published experimental results, find former agree well latter. Hence, conclude method valid, cause gap
