摘要: The purpose of this study was to determine the effects two drop jump (DJ) training methods on strength qualities leg extensors and vertical jumping performance. Thirty-five males were allocated either a control group or one groups, required perform 72 - 90 DJ per week for 6 weeks: maximum rebound height (DJ-H) minimum ground contact time (DJ-H/t). subjects tested before after extensor function speed-strength under concentric stretch-shortening cycle muscular actions, jumps from standing position and) run-up. ANOVA with repeated measures showed that 20 % gain in reactive (RS) DJ-H/t significantly greater (p < 0.05) than other however, did not transfer DJ-H achieve significant effect. It concluded method effective development RS, but intense and/or specific enough stimulate gains
