Pulmonary Hypertension Related to Aminorex Intake

摘要: In 1967 cardiologists in Switzerland were struck by the sudden increase number of cases so-called primary pulmonary hypertensive disease (PPHD). Up until 1966, cardiology centers had not seen more than one or two a year, but this suddenly multiplied ten twenty times. At June 1968 meeting Swiss Society Cardiology, Gurtner et al. (1968b) presented paper which raised question whether vascular types cor pulmonale increased. They also about possible responsibility environmental factors, such as toxins drugs, causing increase.
