摘要: The last volcanic eruption of the Puyehue-Cordon-Caulle Volcanic Complex in Andes cordillera western South America, occurring on 4 June 2011, ejected pyroclastic materials that were accumulated a wide region northern Patagonia (Argentina), affecting environment and health residents within area. aim this work was to evaluate practicability using waste material as lowcost carrier for mycopesticide formulations. Beauveria bassiana is recognized fungal agent arthropod biologic control. Lengthy storage critical development mycoinsecticide Accordingly, search adequate improve shelf life biocontrol products becomes desirable. First, several analytical techniques employed characterize pyroclast physicochemically; then viability conidia evaluated after an 18-month material. Finally, pathogenicity prolonged maintenance vehicle assessed beetle Alphitobius diaperinus, insect pest poultry houses causes major economic losses. results from those bioassays proved auspicious eventual utilization bioinsecticide especially since formulation had proven be stable at least 18 months under range environmental conditions. constant moisture closed 5°C - 40°C temperature insures viable state during storage. indicate what would otherwise may utilized efficient, abundant, inexpensive, environmentally innocuous entomopathogenic fungi.
