摘要: An ultrafast detector that is sensitive to radiation in a broad spectral range from submillimeter waves visible light reported. It consists of structured NbN thin film cooled temperature below Tc (∼11 K). Using 20 ps pulses GaAs laser, we observed signal with both rise and decay time about 50 ps. From the analysis mixing experiment estimate an intrinsic response ∼12 The sensitivity was found be similar for near‐infrared radiation. Broadband short are attributed quasiparticle heating effect.
