摘要: Quality is the most important factor for software development as it mainly defines customer satisfaction that directly related to success of a project. The process model used ensure quality, represent variety task settings, manage project duration, improve and range execute understanding, appropriate implicit conjecture all settings. Several processes models exist in albeit with limited scope. Given this viewpoint, paper presents new life cycle model, “AZ-Model,” by introducing activities during cycle. It overcomes limitations traditional significantly impacts production quality product time-box. This also comprehensive comparative study statistical analyses examine significance AZ–Model development.
