摘要: L’obesite favorise l’arthrose de la hanche ou du genou par les exces contraintes mecaniques appliquees aux articulations portantes qui activent chondrocytes et favorisent degradation cartilage. Fait original, l’obesite le surpoids aussi digitale un effet systemique impliquant adipokines, synthetisees tissu adipeux mais certaines cellules l’articulation, responsables d’un pro-inflammatoire prodegradatif sur Cette arthrose liee a s’integre desormais dans phenotype plus large d’arthrose « metabolique » fait l’association avec differents parametres syndrome surmortalite cardiovasculaire cette maladie. Des donnees recentes soulignent frequence elevee chez patients ayant diabete type 2, ces deux maladies. Une d’apparition precoce doit alerter possibilite metabolique. La perte poids l’activite physique demeurent essentielles pour prevenir en diminuer ses symptomes.
