摘要: This paper presents a generalized stochastic Petri-net model for performance analysis and allocation optimization of repair system with interchangeable inventory. A interchangeable-inventory is an important type repair-service, which features components that are assembled circularly interchangeable-component Despite improved efficiency, major difficulties in formulation arise due to complex fork/join structure the presence In this study, by applying inventory, one overhaul center shop was defined places, transitions tokens. single multiple parameters simulation experiments performed according real field data high-speed railway locomotives overhaul. With appropriate weights on each portion resources, optimal design scenario specific achieved control overall expenditure.
