摘要: Fertility preservation is an area of immense interest in today's society. The most effective and established means fertility cryopreservation gametes (sperm oocytes) embryos. Gonadal yet another for preservation, especially if the gonadal function threatened by premature menopause, gonadotoxic cancer treatment, surgical castration, or diseases. It can also aid germplasm animals that die before attaining sexual maturity. This significance valuable, rare, endangered whose population affected high neonatal/juvenile mortality because diseases, poor management practices, inbreeding depression. Establishing genome resource banks to conserve genetic status wild will provide a critical interface between ex-situ in-situ conservation strategies. Cryopreservation gonads effectively lengthens lifespan individuals breeding program even after their death contributes towards prized animals. Although studies on domestic are quite promising, there limitations developing strategies In this review, we discuss different options tissue with respect humans laboratory, domestic, review covers recent developments transplantation, providing systematic view advances field possibility its application species.
