摘要: We tested the ability of seven MCF-7 strains to undergo DNA fragmentation, as measured by laddering, following doxorubicin-induced apoptosis. Four were found laddering while three not. All inhibited doxorubicin, although sensitivity differed. Finally, we show detection sub-G1 that doxorubicin induced same fold increase in apoptosis MCF-7-ATCC, which did not ladder, and MCF-7-MG, ladder. Therefore, ladders is an accurate indicator cells fragmentation appears vary between strains.
