摘要: Smartphone advances are leading to a class of Internet-based Indoor Navigation services. IIN services rely on geolocation databases that store indoor models, comprising floor maps and points interest, along with wireless, light, magnetic signals for localizing users. Developing creates new information management challenges such as crowdsourcing acquiring fusing big data velocity signals, localization algorithms, custodians' location privacy. Here, the authors classify current academic industrial using multidimensional taxonomy emerging topics. They present an open, modular, extensible, scalable architecture, called Anyplace, discuss open challenges.
