摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses the adverse effects of drugs that affect lipid metabolism, such as ezetimibe, fibrates, fish oils, 3-hydroxy-3-methyl-glutaryl -CoA reductase inhibitors, and nicotinic acid derivatives. Several studies use ezetimibe have shown few differences in rates events patients taking or placebo, later studies, including trials monotherapy.
