摘要: We have developed a new method to isolate Pneumocystis carinii trophozoites from experimental rat bronchoalveolar lavage specimens by using Percoll discontinuous gradient and identified the circulating antigens in P. pneumonia. The antigenic components of were compared with those cysts immunoblotting. A major immunoreactive band 90,000 Da some others lower molecular mass found trophozoites. On other hand, bands 110,000, 50,000, 45,000 observed cysts. 50,000 was not when antitrophozoite rabbit serum preabsorbed carinii-infected used for These results suggest that molecule is antigen rats.
