摘要: We present a brief theoretical overview of electronic properties incommensurate multilayer systems, i.e., pair two-dimensional atomic layers stacked in an arbitrary orientation. introduce the general scheme to describe interlayer interaction between crystal structures, and apply formula two specific examples, twisted bilayer graphene graphene–hBN composite bilayer.
