摘要: The analysis considers social science knowledge, practice wisdom, human motivation and the context in order to model both: professional mastery within human-service change agents; processes involved in developing wisdom which makes mastery possible. The discussion of social/personal agent and their contextualized learning needs as potentially-wise early practitioners. It examines competencies for human service and reflects on personal characteristics that are required effective change agents mastering these competencies. discussion argues that competence, confidence commitment essential development of contextualized processes, such as reflective best understood this argument. Thus the discussion promotes core graduate capabilities, while recognizing should include an active approach developing contextualized self-efficacy deep understanding motives which relate agency. concludes effective professional require a teaching environment which recognizes not just competences, but (self-efficacy) sense control over personal levels pertain chosen aspects change.
