Protecting our Nation's ports with the Port Security Risk Analysis and Resource Allocation System (PortSec 3.0)

Department Homeland Security (DHS) Science Technology Center Excellence for Risk Economic Analysis Terrorism Events (CREATE) is developing Port Resource Allocation System (PortSec), a decision-support system used to assess tactical strategic risks reduce risk from terrorist attacks.
