摘要: There are relatively few assessment devices which have been developed to measure the cognitions or cognitive processes of eating disordered pathology adolescents. One promising scale is Mizes Anorectic Cognitions Questionnaire, and its revised version (MAC; MAC-R). The present study examined scores on MAC MAC-R in a racially diverse sample consisting 201 non-clinical goals this were (1) examine reliability validity heretofore unexamined population, adolescents, (2) across sex, race, weight classification adolescents order determine whether normative data should be further stratified into these groups. Findings suggest that internally consistent, reliable, strongly related other well-established instruments. also suggests separate means standard deviations used when determining nonclinical male female adolescent scores. no significant differences race thus stratification not advised.
