摘要: The spontaneous vocal, verbal, and action imitation of 20 infants their mothers was examined during play bath interactions in homes when the were 10, 13, 17, 21 months age. Imitative episodes these natural occurred frequently. Verbal matching particular rose dramatically across second year, a time rapid language development. interactive context also influenced likelihood pattern mothers' infants' imitation. Analyses dyadic correspondence, stability over time, consistency contexts verbal provided evidence for emergence an imitative conversational style some infants. possible role acquisition is discussed.
