摘要: Abstract The intersubband optical absorption in an asymmetric double quantum well for different barrier widths and the right are theoretically calculated within framework of effective mass approximation. results obtained show that transitions energy levels can be importantly modified controlled by width width. sensitivity to coefficient used various semiconductor device applications.
