摘要: Silver nanoparticle-embedded polyrhodanine nanofibers were synthesized by chemical oxidation polymerization. ions reduced to silver nanoparticles oxidizing rhodanine monomer and simultaneously complexed with the due coordinative interactions, resulting in formation of nanofibers. The silver/polyrhodanine nanofiber was found have excellent antimicrobial activity against Gram-negative Escherichia coli, Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans. modified Kirby-Bauer test demonstrated that had better efficacy than sulfadiazine.
