摘要: Purpose: The objective of this study was to assess the quality outcomes mini-Monoka stent dilatation for punctal stenosis using lacrimal symptom (Lac-Q) questionnaire. Methods: Prospective interventional case series 45 eyes 25 consecutive patients who underwent primary were included in study. stents extubated at 4 weeks. Lac-Q questionnaire administered preoperatively and 12 weeks 24 following intervention. Outcomes assessed anatomical success, functional changes scores including total, social impact, scores. Statistical analysis performed Wilcoxon signed-rank test, probability obtaining a certain score calculated multinomial log-linear model. P < 0.05 considered as significant. Results: Monoka eyes. A total 75 responses analyzed. At last follow-up weeks, success rates 93.3% (42/45). mean (7.68 0.82 24-week follow-up) statistically significant (P ≤ 0.001). impact showed improvement postoperatively from 4.06 0.53 changed preoperative value 3.62 0.28 0.001) follow-up. Postoperative scoring correlated well with rates. corroborated clinical outcomes. Conclusion: Mini-Monoka is very effective intervention management stenosis, simple useful tool evaluate such cases.
