Assessing the outcomes of mini-Monoka stent dilatation for primary punctal stenosis using the lacrimal symptom questionnaire.

摘要: Purpose: The objective of this study was to assess the quality outcomes mini-Monoka stent dilatation for punctal stenosis using lacrimal symptom (Lac-Q) questionnaire. Methods: Prospective interventional case series 45 eyes 25 consecutive patients who underwent primary were included in study. stents extubated at 4 weeks. Lac-Q questionnaire administered preoperatively and 12 weeks 24 following intervention. Outcomes assessed anatomical success, functional changes scores including total, social impact, scores. Statistical analysis performed Wilcoxon signed-rank test, probability obtaining a certain score calculated multinomial log-linear model. P < 0.05 considered as significant. Results: Monoka eyes.
