摘要: Developed an algorithm for detecting and correcting time shifts between series.Compared instruments simultaneously to identify correct sources of disagreement.Demonstrated the effect averaging readings over a longer period reduce error. In this study we assess interchangeability statistical agreement two prevalent from non-invasive "sniffer" method compare their precision. Furthermore, develop validate effective aligning series data multiple remove effects variable fixed instrument comparison. The CH4 CO2 gas concentrations both were found differ population means (P<0.05) intra-cow variation (precision) inter-cow (P<0.05). can be used interchangeably increase power example, in genetic evaluations, provided disagreement are corrected through calibration standardisation. Additionally, cows (one week) is noise reduction technique which provides phenotypes with considerable variation.
