摘要: Abstract A new pyrochlore solid solution with formula Bi 1.56 Sb 1.48− x Nb Co 0.96 O 7 has been synthesized using ceramic method at 1000 °C. Composition dependencies of cell parameters showed a linear increase niobium fraction. The IR-active bands characteristic and B sites compound have detected by infrared spectroscopy. magnetic susceptibility measurements achieved between 4 300 K indicate paramagnetic behavior an oxidation state “+2” for the cobalt ion. results dielectric show large loss due to residual electronic conductivity.
