摘要: Totally subcutaneous intravascular portals have been increasingly used to administer long-term chemotherapy and parental nutrition. The reported complications are rare. Accidental endovascular rupture of a fragment catheter is one the most formidable central vein catheterization. Authors report case deployment Port-a-Cath its percutaneous retrieval. accidentally detached migrated from reservoir port-a-cath placed in left subclavian right heart cavities through blood stream. A review Literature also given, focusing on possible factors responsible for this unusual complication.
