摘要: Bei Patienten mit metastasierenden Melanomen mus potentiell auch einer cerebralen Beteiligung gerechnet werden. Die Diagnose beruht vorwiegend auf der klinischen Symptomatik, Computertomographie und Liquorzytologie. therapeutischen Konsequenzen sind beschrankt. In vorliegenden Arbeit wird versucht, das cerebral metastasierende Melanom sowie die Biologie zentralnervosen Metastasen naher zu charakterisieren.
