摘要: The potential signaling mechanism of Dictyophora indusiata during postharvest morphological development was investigated through quantitative phosphoproteomic analyses. A total 1566 phosphorylation sites changed significantly (872 upregulated and 694 downregulated) in the mature stage compared with those peach-shaped D. indusiata. Bioinformatics analysis showed that differentially phosphorylated proteins were mainly involved "phosphatidylinositol system" "mitogen-activated protein kinase pathway-yeast", while downregulated related to "starch sucrose metabolism". Further mining phosphoproteome data revealed phosphoinositide activated cell wall integrity pathway then regulated synthesis main components wall. results suggested could be a target for regulation
