摘要: A method for estimation of blood volume changes during transurethral prostatic surgery is presented (haemoglobin dilution (HDM]. It based on a calculation the patient's preoperative total haemoglobin content, from which losses are subtracted. The concentration used as an indicator dilution. HDM was compared to 131I-RISA technique in 10 patients undergoing resection prostate (TUR). difference between and RISA estimating operative procedure change 0.03 +/- 0.12 l (ns) with linearity 0.90. were also predicted by fluid balance formula. With reference, formula had lower precision (0.24 l) poorer (0.65) than HDM. did not lose accuracy if repeated several times TURs or theoretical used.
