摘要: Listeria monocytogenes, a microorganism widespread in the environment, causes listeriosis- serious disease - both humans and animals. Since 1980's, several food-borne epidemics of listeriosis have been noted attributed to different kinds foods contaminated with L. monocytogenes. A variety analytical procedures for detecting monocytogenes also developed. Tests routinely used laboratory diagnosis are time consuming not satisfactory enough terms their sensitivity. The aim study was examine use PCR DNA polymersases determine influence "start" on reaction's final results. Three polymerases were selected this comaparative study: Platinum Taq polymers, Hot Start polymers DNA, amplification reactions. After using polymerases, 274 bp fragment demonstrated 26 out 28 samples tested. Specific amplifications present only 23 performed 12 where used. Applying "hot start" detect increased sensitivity reaction reduced non-specific products.
