摘要: This paper is devoted to the inconsistency analysis within pairwise-comparisons-based inference. We show that some conventional beliefs demonstrated in literature can be questioned. New important discoveries related this issue were reported recent literature. These new results indicate necessity of development methods for analysis. Here we also present examples supporting thesis. emphasize need profound simulation-studies with aim developing methodology evaluation quality pairwise comparison matrices as sources information priorities estimation.
