摘要: • The nonspecific host defense system of 66 patients with thermal injuries was studied prospectively. Our goal to correlate the magnitude injury changes in defenses and determine if responses without sepsis were different. Eighteen experienced one or more septic episodes. Synchronous serial measurements circulating fibronectin levels, neutrophil locomotive activity phagocytosis, intracellular killing all showed that multiple components impaired after injury. depression random migration chemotaxis initial serum levels related severity but did not predict sepsis. Only a decrease bactericidal secondary level associated onset (Arch Surg1984;119:83-89)
