摘要: In recent years, the biomedicine, like other fields of research, has become more and tied up with computer science. The vast majority of measurments is acquired, stored and further evaluated in instruments controlled by the appropriate computer programs. optical microscopy such an equipment already a standard as it very comfortable fast to use it. whole process of observation can be typically split into: specimen preparation, image transmission, image acquisition, analysis. The aim this paper simulation first three steps in order we could generate synthetic image. Such an can be used for verification wheter some analysis method appropriate whether performs correctly.
