摘要: We investigate the optical properties such as absorption coefficient, refractive index, real and imaginary parts of dielectric function energy band gap coumarin-containing copolymers thin films by means spectroscopic ellipsometry (SE) combined with transmittance measurements (T) atomic force microscopy (AFM). found that strongly depend from length alkyl spacer well type substitution in coumarin moiety. In our case index copolymer decrease increase spacer. Additionally, lengthening brings bathochromic shifts spectra towards longer wavelengths.
