摘要: Mania in HIV infected individuals is an uncommon clinical presentation. It can, however, complicate any stage of the infection. We herewith report a set three case reports patients with infection who developed manic episodes. The cases highlight some aspects plausible relationship between and mania. could be revealed by episode, it itself also associated increased cycling bipolar patients. secondary to or zidovudine therapy (though etiological role latter as yet unclear). occur reaction awareness having These relationships are important for both physician psychiatrist they have therapeutic prognostic implications.
