摘要: Lymphoid cells from human palatine tonsils were identified on tissue sections by membrane or intracellular immunofluorescence (IF) staining. Used in an indirect technique, anti-IgM and anti-HTLA (human T lymphocyte antigen) antiserum gave complementary patterns of IF, characteristic the follicular organization. When serial stained for each five classes, immunoglobulin-containing all classes found. Their relative frequencies were, decreasing order: IgG: 61.6%; IgA: 17.3%; IgM: 12%; IgE: 7.5%; IgD: 1.6%. These differed those gut-associated lymphoid (IgA greater than IgG IgM) peripheral lymph nodes (IgG IgM IgA), but close to mesenteric nodes. The absence secretory component tonsil was additional difference relatively high proportion IgE-containing cells, recognized atopy, is another feature common with Finally, slight differences between these results obtained cell suspensions suggest that some degree selection probably occurs during isolation procedure.
