摘要: Objectives Urinary nerve growth factor (NGF) levels have been shown to be increased in patients with symptoms of overactive bladder (OAB). This study was designed measure the urinary NGF outlet obstruction (BOO) or without OAB and determine whether can serve as a biomarker for OAB. Methods were measured 38 male control subjects lower tract 153 BOO. The diagnosis BOO further classified BOO/non-OAB (n = 21), BOO/OAB 25), urodynamically confirmed detrusor overactivity (BOO/DO, n 47), who had received successful medical treatment 60). by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay compared among different groups. total normalized concentration creatinine (NGF/Cr) level. Results NGF/Cr very low group (mean ± standard error 0.005 0.003) (0.017 0.009) significantly greater (0.81 0.31) BOO/DO (0.80 0.13). not between groups; however, returned normal (0.059 0.021) after relief treatment. Conclusions In our study, controls. These decreased symptoms. results suggest that could potential
